Walter – Executive Coaching & Consulting offers standard and custom outplacement service packages for professionals of all experience levels. Our program is usually conducted in 1 on 1 sessions (via Skype, phone or in person) ranging from 3 month packages up to 12 month programs.
Outplacement is usually a service provided by an organization, keen to support individuals who are exiting the business (voluntarily or involuntarily).
Redundancy can be an emotional experience for employees and employers alike. And how the process is handled can have a tremendous impact on an organization’s standing, reputation and performance. Providing an external outplacement service ensures that the employees experience a smooth transition from the organization while allowing the organization to feel confident that they are communicating a strong message about treating employees with dignity and respect even at the most difficult of times.
We provide outplacement services which are conducted through practical advice, training materials and workshops. The program does not include psychological support.
Outplacement topics can include career guidance, career evaluation, job search skills, targeting the job market, salary negotiations, CV writing, interview preparation, developing networks and contract negotiation.
Our outplacement service is focused on caring and candor, and impacted individuals receive a program completely tailored to their needs, assisted by a dedicated coach and consultant.
