MAREIKE`S BIO
Over the last 14 years Mareike has gained extensive experience in the fields of transport & logistics, chemicals and consulting in Europe and the Middle East. Her area of expertise has developed from sales, project management and consulting to executive, leadership and career coaching.
Today Mareike works as project manager (PRINCE2® 2017 Practitioner) and expert for incoming mail solutions at Deutsche Post AG in Mannheim. She also founded her company Walter-Executive Coaching & Consulting in 2017.
Since 2020 Mareike supports the Goal ImageryⓇ Institute, International School of Coaching Mastery™ as trainer with the Holistic Life, Career & Executive Coach Training™ in German.
Since 2016 Mareike has been a Certified Life, Career & Executive Coach with the Goal ImageryⓇ Institute, International School of Coaching Mastery™, in 2017 she completed the follow-up training and received her ACTP certificate from the Goal ImageryⓇ Institute, which led to the ICF PCC certification in 2019.
In recent years, she has continued her education in the areas of relationships (ORSC™ FUNDAMENTALS), personality profiles (TypeCoach Certified Professional, Reflector Big 5 Certified, Hogan Assessments), communication (Certified in Conversational Intelligence®) and resilience (Executive FiRE Index) .
Career & Leadership is her focus area, because in her professional experience in the consulting environment Mareike regularly deals with projects related to recruitment, outplacement and executive development.

As a PRINCE2 practitioner, Mareike applies a structured project management method to every project she leads. The main focus is on dividing each project into manageable and controllable phases. By following the PRINCE2 principles, the project team creates transparency and ensures accountability throughout the project.
Training
Mareike brings her experience and skills as a project manager and career and leadership coach to her coach training.
